How certain labels affect your mindset

Did you know that both “failure” and “gifted” labels can affect the way you persevere in life?

Rather than appreciating someone’s gifts and talents we should appreciate their efforts and determination, encourage people to persevere and invest effort, follow their passion.

It has been proven through real life examples that people who may not have had talent have been successful because they worked very hard and invested effort in their passion.

Rather than labeling someone in a bad way such as “failure” we should provide honest feedback and encourage and provide support for a better performance.
