Navigating through the challenges of leadership is a journey that we navigate better together. This is the philosophy behind Group Coaching for Leaders — a unique approach created to encourage collaboration, collective learning, and authentic connections among leaders with diverse backgrounds.

What is Group Coaching?

Group coaching brings leaders into a confidential and supportive space, providing an opportunity to share experiences, address challenges, and learn from one another. It is a collective journey where each participant brings valuable contributions, creating a dynamic and enriching environment.

How Does It Work?

In our group coaching sessions, leaders regularly meet to discuss urgent challenges, explore new perspectives, and develop growth strategies. The power lies in the collective wisdom of the group, where diverse experiences converge to offer innovative solutions and mutual support. It is a space where confidentiality is essential, building trust and openness.

At the end, if the group desires, we can extend the number of sessions, and the manner in which we do that will be mutually agreed upon.

Confidentiality

It is important to know that whatever the need for confidentiality or anonymity, I will be able to accommodate it;

I understand that working in a group process involves vulnerability, and for some, it may come with the fear of being judged or uncovering “secrets” related to their company’s activities. The purpose of this program is to provide safety for all participants and a secure and open environment so that everyone feels safe, content, and leaves with something useful from this experience.

To ensure this safety and confidentiality, the topics proposed by some participants can be anonymous as long as they provide enough details for the group to explore them. Also, names can be anonymous if that is more comfortable for you. After all, it’s not the names we’re interested in but the experiences and lessons we will take from the group.

See below in the Structure and Number of Participants section how we will organize ourselves to ensure options for anonymization and confidentiality for all needs.

Why Group Coaching?

I chose to offer group coaching because I believe in the transformative potential of shared experiences. As a leader with over 12 years of experience, I have witnessed the impact of collective problem-solving and the strength derived from a supportive community. Group coaching goes beyond individual growth — it propels the entire cohort forward.

By choosing group coaching, you not only get personalized perspectives but also a network of peers facing similar challenges. Together, we create a community that thrives on authenticity, mutual support, and collective achievements.

The purpose of this program is to provide safety for all participants and a secure and open environment so that everyone feels safe, content, and leaves with something useful from this experience.

Also, names can be anonymous if that is more comfortable for you. After all, it’s not the names we’re interested in but the experiences and lessons we will take from the group.

See below how we will organize ourselves to ensure options for anonymization and confidentiality for all needs.

Session 1:
    • -> Will last 2 hours
    • -> We will get to know each other, each member will introduce themselves and set an intention for this program.
      • * I will note all intentions.
      • * Participants can choose to remain anonymous and introduce themselves under a different name in the group if it provides more security (in addition to the confidentiality agreement).
      • * If this option is chosen, it is important to know that in the collaboration and confidentiality agreement, they must use their real and legal information. The contract is confidential.
      • * Participants can also choose not to disclose the company they work for, but they will need to share their role/function and the industry/context in which they work.
    • -> As a coach and facilitator, I will conduct an interactive presentation that will include:
      • * The rules of engagement
      • * Reiteration of confidentiality
      • * Transforming Goals into SMART Goals
      • * Techniques for active listening and powerful questions
      • * Presentation of the Propeller leadership model
      • * A team maturity and performance measurement tool
      • * Open discussion about the program

Sessions 2-8 (2 hours):
    • -> We will have a bowl with the names of all participants or with anonymous objectives.
    • -> In each session, one name/objective will be drawn.
    • -> If we draw a name:
      • * The respective person will have until the next session to think about a discussion topic.
      • * If, in any session, a member urgently needs their topic to be prioritized, we will decide together with the group how to do that.
      • * The session will focus on the chosen topic of the corresponding person, and the coach will guide the discussion so that the person sets a SMART goal.
      • * The whole group will participate with questions, perspectives, sharing, and solution proposals so that at the end of the session, the person will leave with clear actions to implement for their goal.
    • -> If we draw a challenge-objective:
      • * People who want their objective to be anonymous but still want to propose a topic will add their challenge/objective to the bowl without a name.
      • * They can do this from the beginning of the program or during it, depending on how comfortable they feel.
      • * The challenge/objective must be described in detail and have as many details as possible. It must be accompanied by a statement of what they want to achieve from the group discussion.
      • * When their challenge/objective is drawn, until the next session, all participants will think about how they have experienced that challenge in their lives and/or activities.
      • * The session will start with a round in which each participant will share their own experience with that challenge.
      • * Later, I will lead the discussion in such a way that we decide on the main theme of the drawn challenge. By the end of the session, we will have several solution proposals and ideas that can be implemented by the person who proposed it (without us knowing who that person is) or by any other participant in the group.
      • * The bowl will always be available for adding challenges/objectives, and I will contact privately those who have not yet added their names or objectives so as to preserve their confidentiality as efficiently as possible.
      • * The rule will be that for each drawing, there must be at least one slip in the bowl.
    • -> If a person does not want to put a name or a challenge, in the individual coaching session (bonus) in the program, I will add a discussion topic that encompasses the person’s challenge, and I will lead the discussion to gather as many solutions and perspectives as possible from the group.
      • * For this option, it is necessary for the person who does not want to add a slip to the bowl to notify me in advance so that we prioritize the coaching discussion.
    • -> It is important to know that whatever the need for confidentiality or anonymity, we will be able to accommodate it.

It is important for you to know that whatever the need for confidentiality or anonymity, I will be able to accommodate it.

Before the Start of the Program:
        • -> Each participant will receive a coaching agreement containing the conditions of the program, the price, and confidentiality terms.
        • -> The confidentiality conditions will mention that all information discussed during the sessions will remain confidential, including the names of the participating individuals.

Other Confidentiality Details:
          • -> Participants can choose to remain anonymous and introduce themselves under a different name in the group, if that provides more security (in addition to the confidentiality agreement).
            • * If this option is chosen, it is important to know that in the collaboration and confidentiality agreement, they must use their real and legal information. The contract is confidential.

          • -> Each participant will propose a discussion topic/challenge/objective. For participants who do not want to associate their name with the objective for confidentiality reasons, they will put in the bowl with discussion topics a detailed description of their challenge along with a statement of what they want to achieve from the group discussion.
          • -> If a person does not want to put a name or a challenge, in the individual coaching session (bonus) in the program, I will add a discussion topic that encompasses the person’s challenge, and I will lead the discussion to gather as many solutions and perspectives as possible from the group. For this variant, it is necessary for the person who does not want to add a slip to the bowl to notify me in advance so that we prioritize the coaching discussion.
