- It is not a training about where to find your job, what tools to use, what a career means, etc.
- We will work on defining what your career means to you, on finding your passions, skills and values, we will work with the challenges you encounter along the way, on motivation
- I will support your process and help you explore every part of it so that you are as prepared as possible for the real experience.
Once you decided to work on this:
- You will receive one free session (Session 0) in which I will explain to you in detail how this works, what to expect and what’s the minimum number of sessions needed so that you can start seeing results. I will answer all your questions and we will also discuss the coaching agreement. We will also do some coaching exercises so that you can experience the process. - Coaching can be done in Romanian or English, client’s preference.
