And, most importantly, to have time. But time for what? To do what with it? … WHATEVER YOU WANT! To invest it in growing the business, in your family, in yourself, to have the freedom that comes with that time — to choose exactly what you want to do with it, without guilt, and with the confidence that the team and the business are running, that you can watch over that, and feel in control.
You don’t leave the program with theories or a report full of recommendations. You leave with a functional system, tested directly on your business or team, adjusted exactly to your reality through the whole 1:1 process.
The result: you’re no longer the sole point of coordination or bottleneck, you have a system that works even without your presence in every decision. You regain time to lead, not just to sustain what you’ve built so far.
In 2015, I moved to Bucharest and worked as a Project Manager at an IT company. My obsession with work led me to spend hour after hour at the office, neglecting my own personal needs. That intense period brought on constant anxiety, insomnia, and physical and mental exhaustion, which eventually turned into burnout.
The turning point was becoming aware of the chaos in my life and its impact on me.
Once I slowed down and prioritized quality over quantity, I started getting real results — not through more work, but through a different way of leading.
With over 15 years of experience in operational leadership, I’ve held roles such as Project Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Manager, Head of Project Management, and Senior Engineering Manager. I led and grew a department from 20 to 70 people, eventually structured into 4 departments, each with its own manager — not just in theory, but by actually building the systems of people, processes, and delegation that made that growth possible.
I developed and implemented internal coaching programs, contributing to the company’s nomination for the ICF Prism Awards, and I’ve provided coaching for leaders, managers, entrepreneurs, and teams.
I have over 1,000 hours of individual coaching and mentoring, the ICF PCC and EMCC EIA Senior Practitioner certifications, and I’m currently a Psychology student — because I wasn’t satisfied with what I’d learned from direct experience alone; I wanted the scientific rigor behind it too. The method I use today is the result of that combination: 15 years of operational leadership lived, not just taught, and ongoing training in psychology and coaching.
My coaching experience also includes volunteer programs supporting young leaders and women entrepreneurs, through the ICF Ignite project.
I don’t believe in programs you sign up for before knowing for sure whether they’re right for you, or in mentoring relationships that end abruptly, exactly on the day the contract runs out. That’s why I offer, free of charge, both the session where we decide together whether Operational Compass is the right solution, and an extra session at the end of the program, so the system you’ve built truly has a chance to settle in.
You might feel like you already have too much on your plate, and that adding a new commitment could overwhelm you even more.
My answer: That’s exactly what the program solves — it doesn’t add to the burden. You need a minimum of 4 hours a week, in one uninterrupted 2-hour block, to implement the plan set at each session. It’s time invested to recover much more time, not one more project on your list, and the benefits will show up along the way, not just at the end.
You might feel like, even though you’ve tried many things in the past, nothing has produced the results you wanted.
My answer: Most surface-level solutions — a generic course, a task-management app — address the symptom, the disorganization, without addressing the cause: the lack of a structured decision-making and delegation system, built on your reality, not on a universal template.
You might feel like, even if you want the system, your current team isn’t ready for a change of this scale.
My answer: The People module addresses exactly that, at the start of the program: we assess who’s the right fit and who isn’t, based on clear criteria — we don’t assume that any existing team stays unchanged. Plus, the system is implemented gradually, through small, controlled actions, not through a sudden, risky overhaul.
You might feel unsure whether your problem is one of structure or of beliefs, and that you could choose the wrong program.
My answer: That’s exactly why the free Diagnostic Session exists: we determine together, before you commit to the program, whether Operational Compass is right for you, or whether you need something else.
You might feel like asking for help with this would mean admitting a personal failure.
My answer: The system that got you this far simply isn’t enough for the next level anymore. It’s not a personal flaw, it’s a normal growth stage that most leaders and entrepreneurs who reach your team size go through.
You might feel like you don’t need another program, but something else.
My answer: Then Operational Compass isn’t for you right now — Operational Breakthrough is, the program that works specifically on the blockage stopping you from consistently applying a system you already have. The Diagnostic Session helps you determine which of the two is right for you.
I know this step can feel intimidating, which is why I offer a risk-free guarantee, so you can feel safe taking it.
If you don’t find value in the diagnostic call, you lose nothing. The real risk is remaining the sole point of coordination for your business or team, with no system that works and without your constant involvement.
