I am Ioana.

I am a Professional Mindset and Leadership Coach (ICF Certified), Navigator of personal and professional development and Explorer of human psychology.

I help Leaders who work and stress excessively to relax, achieve results and enjoy life.

Nine years ago, I moved to Bucharest. I was working as a Project Manager in an IT company. The obsession for work drove me to spend very long hours at the office, neglecting my personal needs. I believed that success involved constant effort, and that happiness was essential regardless of circumstances. This intense period led to constant anxiety, insomnia, and physical and mental exhaustion.

The turning point came with the realization of the chaos in my life and its impact on me.

Once I slowed down and prioritized quality over quantity, I began to achieve results, promotions, and recognition.

With over 12 years of leadership experience, I have held various positions such as Project Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Manager, Coach, and Mentor in Project Management, Head of Project Management, and Senior Engineering Manager. I have managed complex teams, contributing to organizational transformation and sustainable growth.

I have developed and implemented coaching programs, contributing to the company’s nomination for the Prism Awards ICF. I have provided coaching for leaders and team performance improvement. I have collaborated with other companies to deliver leadership coaching and personal development programs.

Goal: The more we know ourselves, the better we understand how and why we function in a certain way, in different situations. We can make changes within ourselves only when we know ourselves very well, so we know exactly what works and what doesn’t, what suits us and what doesn’t, what we desire, what we like. This factor is extremely important and will help us find the best solutions and methods of work for us.

Goal: Often, the fear of losing control leads us to overwork, to get involved in everything, to micromanage, to avoid delegation for fear that things won’t be done to the level we desire.

Failure to set boundaries towards the team and top management or stakeholders, stemming from fear of appearing disobedient or incompetent, or avoiding proper handling of low performers, burdens us with excessive work.

All these aspects shape your leadership image and how you position yourself in your role.



5. Smart Objective – Vision & Strategy

  • Individual Coaching Session – Week 13

Goal: Now that you have a clear image of yourself, know what your blockages are, know what limiting beliefs you have, have a series of tools that we already know work, have an idea of how you position yourself in your role and towards your team, know your values, and the future image -> we can set a concrete objective focused exactly on the areas that are most important to you and that we can concretely measure, and we can begin the journey towards that future you desire. The objective we will set here will reflect this desired future.
